Beverly Hays
Beverly Hays received her BA from the University of the Americas, her MSW from Rutgers and did
post graduate work at Ackermann Institute for Family Therapy. Beverly completed her training
as a divorce mediator in 1982. Beverly is an Accredited Professional Mediator in Divorce and
Family Matters, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
In addition to mediation, Beverly maintains an active marriage and family counseling
practice.
George Hays
George Hays received his BS from Cornell University and his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson
University. He retired in 1999 after serving 35 years with Ashland Inc. operations throughout
the world. George joined Beverly in her divorce mediation practice in 1985 and completed divorce mediation training at Seton Hall School of Law in 1991 and business/commercial
mediation training with the American Arbitration Association in 1994. George is an Accredited
Professional Mediator in Divorce and Family Matters, past president of the NJ Association of Professional Mediators and a licensed Professional Engineer.
Successfully mediating divorces in New Jersey since 1985.
