Irreconcilible Differences is now Law
Irreconcilible differences may be used as a cause for divorce once at least one party recognizes that the differences are not reconcilible over at least a six month period. Physical separation, i.e., maintaining separate residences, for that period is not required. The law took effect in January 2007.
